Default 95 Ford Ranger

Hi all;
My95fordranger has three electrical problem, I don't know if they are related or not.
a) The dome light does not work, light bulb is new so it is not the light bulb.
b) Windshield washer does not work, I conected thepump directly to the battery and it works
so it is not the motor pump.
c) The wiper does work but only on normal speed (position), it does not work on intermitten
nor fast.
I did try an other switch from a newer model (exact same switch) and it did not change any thing. The check engine light is on too but a mechanic checked and said the "auto sensor" has to be replaced so I don't think that is the cause of electrical problem.
Any idea? FORD = FIX OR REPAIR DAILY
