95 ranger no spark

Default 95 ranger no spark

I have a 95 ranger and it will not spark i have changed spark plugs and cables and i have also changed the coil and still no spark the battery seems to be working fine. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appeciated.

Sounds like u hve a failed crank sensor. try this weg site has some good info should put you in the rite direction ,,,, http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...n=viewHomePage, just fill in your vechile info

Yea i have been to that site and thanks for the suggestion. but just to be sure could there be anything else that could be wrong. Just want to make sure there isnt anything i overlooked so i dont go and waste money taking to a shop or to get parts. Just want to make sure I covered all possibilities.

my 93 ranger did the same and it was the fuel pump. so that might be it.

Will not start? fuel pump might be the problem. Will not spark, no way can be the fuel pump.
I'm with ramrod on this one crank postion sensor or loose wire connector somewhere[8D] good luck
