It turns over fine. There is fuel in it. I tested for spark at a spark plug. The truck only has 32 K miles on it. What should I try next ?

How about a little more info ?
When did the engine last run?
If you remove one of the spark plugs , is it wet or dry?

Check fuel pressure. Saying there's fuel in it means nothing if you don't have the proper pressure hitting the fuel injectors. You tested for spark, but what was the result????Your question is very vague.

Hanky, It has been about 6 months since it was started. I replaced the 20A for the fuel pump fuse at the fuse box under the hood. I tried to start it; still no luck. I removed one of the plugs and it was dry. Now what ?

When you turn the key to the on position you should hear the in tank fuel pump run for 1-2 seconds. Do you hear anything from the tank area?

There is fuel in the tank, I hope !

If you have a copy of the owner's manual, there should be a diagram of the fuses and relays. Look for the relay that is shown as the fuel pump relay. When you first turn the key on do you feel that relay click?

Default Fuel pump relay

Yes, I looked in the Owner's manual and found the 20A fuse; I replaced it with a new fuse that I bought at my local Ford dealer. After installing the new fuse, no sound when I turn the key.

Default Gas at Shrader Valve

As another test, I put the ignition switch in the ON position and then took the cover off the Shrader valve on the intake manifold. When I pushed in on the valve, then there was gas. Now what should I try ?

Take it to a shop and have it properly diagnosed. You are not getting anywhere. 10 pounds of pressure will squirt out the shrader valve but isn't enough to start the engine. Hang a gauge on it and measure it. We have given you direction but you choose not to follow.
