I have a 99 4x4 5-speed supercab with the 3.0, it has 77,500 miles. The truck has been running rough and yesterday the check engine light came on. I have three codes P0102 low MAF signal, and P0171 and P0174 which are bank lean indications. A quick check under the hood did not reveal any obvious issues with hoses, I will do a more thorough check today along with trying to clean the MAF. Any other ideas?

Could a bad tank of gas, or fuel injector cleaner cause these symptoms?
