Default Changing Spark Plugs on '97 2.3L I-4

Hey everybody, I was wondering if anybody knows how to change the spark plugs on the '97 2.3 Liter I-4. It has 2 plugs per cylinder, one plug is on one side of the block and the other on the other side of the block. one side is easy to get to, but the left side the plugs are under the intake manifold. So if anybody has any advice on what to do, it'll be useful. Thanks!

Swivel, short and long extensions, 2 cups of coffeeand patience. I just did the plugs on my friends 96 Ranger with the 2.3L 8 plugger. Some people recommend removing the intake and such. I had no problems performing the job without removing anything.
