ever since i put my cd player in my 1985 ford ranger my dash lights won't work
i have taken the cd player and had it rewired and everything is fine
no fuses are breaking and yet they still won't turn on
could it be the headlight switch
any suggestions

 

usually if the headlight switch goes you wont be able to turn on the headlights. question? is everything grounded and are there any unused wires? Does the panel work with the radio disconected? let us know!

 

everything is grounded and yet the dash still don't work with the radio out and there are no unuasual wires

 

before i put some more thought into this, we will start with the simple stuff first, did you check all your fuses? in the engine compartment and in the dash!
