Default Dim Daytime Running Lights

I have a 96 Ranger XLT S/C with the 4L. Recently my daytime running lights starting flickering and now are quite dim for the last few days. Also my brake light doesn't come on the dash when I put on my E-brake and the high beam indicator does come on either. My headlights work fine on low and high beams. Any ideas???

Check in your owner's manual and see if your brake light indicator and running lights are all using the same fuse. If so, it could be that. If not, sounds like a short somewhere.
