ford 1989 454 head gaskets

Cool ford 1989 454 head gaskets

so just needing to know if there is any thing I need to worry about doing them myself

Didn't know Ford made a 454. Chevy did. Ford made a 460.

ya that's what I thought to, but I think its a swap, maby iam wrong ill pull the #s, are those known for cracked block

Hard to say without being sure which engine you have. If it's a big block swapped in, could be anything.

why would any one disgrace a auto co that way? if it says Ford on the front end then I put Ford made parts back on or parts made for Fords. if it has a bow tie on the front then those parts are what I use I don't like mixing parts from one to the other

I agree. But I have seen them with Dodge motors. I would never buy one with motors swapped, but that's me.
