2000 Ford Ranger Running Problems (Sneeze)
I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 2.5L Manual Truck... I recently did a tune up on it and I had the injectors cleaned. Recently after that the truck began to sneeze and loose power while going up tough hills, and when it was low in speed. It sometimes sneezes and shuts off.. I just replaced the MAS and the oxygen sensor, but the problem still happens... I need help please!

If you have a vacuum gauge, good. If not try to rent/borrow one and hook it up to a manifold vacuum port and see what vacuum reading you get at idle and with the engine rev'd up to around 2500 rpm. If it reads near 19-20 in vacuum at idle and drops down to a low number when the rpm is raised and held there, it could indicate a plugged converter.
