Default Horn Problem on a '96 Ranger

It worked last year at the inspection but since its stopped. The usual visual ck on the fuses showed nothing broken. I also switched relay's around in the F.Bx un der the hood. Any ideals ?

Because horns generally pull a lot of current there is usually a relay to handle the current to the horn. When the horn button/pad is depresses it makes the ground for the horn relay, which you should be able to hear if the horn is not blowing. If you hear the relay click , sometimes a rap on the horn itself will free it if stuck. If you don't hear the relay work there may be another fuse in the system where you haven't looked yet. Usually the owner's manual will list the fuses and what they protect.
