Default M50D Second Gear Issue (Again)

Well, long story short I had the M50D in my 88 ranger rebuilt (all new brass and bearings).

Shortly after getting it back I had problems shifting into second (from any gear) and into 3rd. I took it back to the shop under warranty, and was told they replaced a couple synchros again. (Should of been done the first time?)

So a month passes (you know how warranty work goes) and I get the truck back. 3rd is fine now, but 2nd is no better.

It's just really tough to get it into second, it feels like it starts to go then you meet some resistance. It will go if you force it, but usually I have to back off a few times to get it to go in gently.

Double clutching doesn't seem to help at all. It also doesn't seem to matter if your upshifting or downshifting.

Did the shop screw something up again, or is there something they are missing? Or is that just typical of this transmission?

What the heck should I do, I hate to leave it at the shop for another month!
