Default Noise at idle in neutral...

I know I know, another M50D question.. Maybe I'm just paranoid..

After refilling the transmission (was very low on fluid) I started noticing a new noise..

Anyway, with the transmission in neutral and the engine running, clutch engaged I hear a sound that sounds like somone running water (think in a house, when someone turns the sink on in another room). It's not very loud, you have to listen for it to hear it.

The sound goes away when I push the clutch in, is this normal or am I being paranoid?

What does a failing input shaft bearing sound like?
