I have a 2020 Ranger Laredo and my stereo’s volume seems to increase and go to my front speakers whenever I’m about a block away from my house. Once I get into my garage or driveway, it goes back to the way I originally had it..

Is there anyone who might have an idea as to why this happens?

 

Is there any other way you can approach your home possibly from a different direction?

If so try it and see what happens. If there is a difference, your radio is picking up some type of interference that is causing that to happen.

I live on a street that has only one access; however, whether I come from the east or the west, the same phenomena takes place. I'm thinking it might have to do with the system picking up my home WIFI and going through the log in. Once logged in it goes back to normal.
