What can go wrong on a 2003 Ford Ranger pick-up after 75,000 miles?

[sm=welcomesign.gif][hr]Any thing is possible.[hr]But they are good truck's.[hr]I have a 94 4x4 with 208000 miles on it with no major problems,Just maintence stuff like brake's a water pump and 1 starter and a heater core but nothing major yet.

Rangers are tough little trucks. Their build quality is outstanding. Should be a great truck for ya, but with any vehicle you can have problems....
