Need some help! So sometimes when I turn the key to the on position my wiper blades and washer pump work and the FWD will engage at the transfer case and icons high and low show in the dash but once I start the truck no wiper blades or transfer case operation. In park or Neutral. Very frustrating. Are we talking relay related or am I at a GEM Issue now??? Stew

Hi Hanky, Yes 1998 ford ranger 4x4 3.0 liter automatic trans. Was just out there tonight and noticed that if I turn the key on wipers worked sometimes and then when a fire the engine on they shut off shortly after the truck is running in all positions. I hadn’t run it for a bit and the 4x4 switched worked for just a few minutes then it shut down also once the truck starts running.
