So I bought this ofour Ford Taurus anytime I open or close the door or hit something with my hand the - lights and radio lights blink at me and I hear a clicking noise for about 10 seconds. I got my scanner erase the transponder keys programmed to new keys and reprogrammed to existing keys. Clean the battery terminals check the voltage on the battery. No blown fuses . My only codes are in the instrument cluster
codes:
p2023-20: fault from external node
P1900-60: can network bus fault- receiver error
p0002-20: high-speed can communication bus performance
P1208-20: electronic instrument cluster bank 1 circuit short to ground.


When I 1st got the vehicle the theft light would not stop blinking turns out one of the original keys was bad. Now the theft light no longer blinks. I replaced cluster with used cluster from rusty acres Jacksonville, they only do fords and p1208 went away for a few days. Please point me in right direction. I am about to bring them back cluster and try different one. I have no other codes in car. It cranks but will only start with starting fluid, no pressure at fuel filter
