Default 13 Bull Limited 94k heater issue and possibly ac as well

Being out here in Chicago our weather can be crazy. From cold to warm, then to extremely freezing cold. I have noticed that the heater doesn't heat as much as it did before. First thought low coolant. Which it was, topped it off seemed like it work fine. But nope I was wrong..... So it's my understanding that I may have a bad actuator. Only problem I am unaware as to which one I actually need and the correct part number.

Can anyone help me with the correct part number for my job at hand and any instructions.

Before replacing a possibly good part, did you check if the hoses going to the heater get hot after the engine runs a while?

Don't remember if your vehicle has a temp gauge on the dash, if so where does the needle point after the engine runs 10-15 minutes ?

If it doesn't go near half way and the hoses don't get hot, thermostat could be stuck open.

Hanky, your all over the place. But needle goes to its normal seating place. When it blows air its like luke warm when the heat setting is set to high

Suggest you verify heater hoses get hot, they either do or do not.
You need to go under the hood to do this. If you choose not to, that is up to you.

If you want to replace the blend/temp door activator , some auto stores may stock it , but a dealership will have it.
Not all activators are the same, so best to check with a dealership parts dept after you provide your VIN.

Maybe someone will come up with the part # your vehicle requires.

Hanky,

Oh I do plan on looking at the heater hoses. Once the weather is permitting currently raining out here. But will definitely look into this, this weekend. I do appreciate the pointers.
