Trying to find out what are the two lines running right between the pulleys and radiator reservoir on the passenger side of the vehicle. I may have a possible leak coming from the bottom one and they are covered with a black foam sleeve.. Thank you

 

Can you trace where they come from or go to? Good possibility they could be insulated air conditioning lines.
