i drove about six blocks, everything was fine and no past indications that there may be a problem. i shut the car off for about 10 minutes and when i went to restart it, it wouldnt start. it coughs once and then it continually clicks until you stop turning the key, when you do stop trying, the windshield wipers kick on. the lights, radio, etc all work fine. my dad thinks its a battery cable, my brother thinks its the altinator, any suggestions?
