2011 Ford Taurus Double Belt advice
Thanks Hayapower for helping with the tightening on the manifold.
To this issue:
So, manual says short and long belts, and I see them. I remove the wheel, the plastic cover and use a tensioner tool on the pulley for the long belt, but how does the short belt come off?
Don't want to get in and get stuck.

It's a stretch belt so there's no adjuster.
There's a stretch belt tool that angles and walks the belt off the pulleys-grooves. You should be able to improvise twisting/angling and massage the belt off while rotating the crank.
