OK, so after I was pointed in the right direction to get to the PCV (it was full covered in grime, so it was camoflauged) I saw there was a huge hole in the hose, from where a power cable has been rubbing on it. None of the autoparts stores around had a hose for it, so I am going to go by the Ford stealership and get one after work and take it through DEQ. Thank you so much for all your help!
