Default Ford Taurus 2003 - weird clicking noise coming from engine

Hello Friends,

I need help to fix the weird noise coming from my car. Engine is pretty clean. It's clicking noise comes everyday when I start my car. I thought it might be belt but that is not it. I went to mechanic often but when I went there no noise. It's almost 3 months now same problem. During this time as mechanic said one time it's camshaft sensor noise, did it , cost me $300.00. second time when I went there he said it's tension bearing. did it, cost me $ 85.00. I knew that it's not the case but I thought may be it should be a problem.

Till today noise is coming. it's an intermittent noise. Sometime comes sometime doesn't. need a solution.

It started coming when I bought a used car just 70 k miles on it. It is Ford Tauras 2003. nice and clean. after seeing a mechanic he said change the drive belt as there are 70k miles on it. I said ok. and after one month noise started. It's now 5 months no solution. Just spending money.

Can you please help suggesting right solution ?

Below is the video that I posted on Youtube.

When the cam sensor was replaced, did the camshaft positioning syncronizer get replaced also? The squeaking usually comes from the syncronizer and not the sensor.
