If the speedometer is not working or bouncing and ABS light is on/or blinking then it's the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) aka. (output speed sensor). It is mounted into the transmission passenger side just about where the axle goes in. The sensor is rather hard to get too and some models/years require the entire exhaust Y-Pipe to be dropped &/or removed.
