Ever since I bought that piece of junk brand new at 45,000 dollars, it never worked right. After owning it for under one year, it died on me while on vacation. It barely had 10000 miles on it. Part of the engine had to be replaced because some idiot at the Ford plant put the spark plugs in the wrong way. Ever since it was fixed, I've had problems with it and put in way too much money. I have spent 5000.00 and counting over the summer months. The last fix was a week ago and today it's broken down again. When I got in the car after I was at the mall, the message center says "Service Power Steering" I got as far as the auto parts store and it stopped turning. It's like the wheels locked up but they're not. It won't steer even an inch. I had to get a ride home.

What does that message mean? Do I need a power steering pump? or does it need fluid? If it's fluid, I couldn't find the reservoir and neither could the auto parts employee.

I would appreciate any help. With all of the problems and money I have put into this car, I want to push it over a cliff.
