Default Power Steering Fluid Change

I have a '95 wagon. It has about 85,000 miles and the power steering pump is getting a bit noisy. The fluid hasn't ever been changed. The fluid looks dirty, so I'm thinking if I change it, things will quiet down a bit. What is the best way to change the fluid?

2 man job, Pull return line off pump and put plug on resivoir side. Get 1 quart of new fluid and get ready. Place return line in waste bucket. Have someone start vehicle while you pour new fluid into resivoir, continue this until you are out of fluid and have vehicle shut down promptly before resivoir is empty then fill back up.
