Default Power Window Problem

The other day I was unable to get the 2 driver side windows to work. At the time, the rear driver side window was up and the driver window was all the way down. Both of them are stuck in the position as described. Driver window will not go up, driver side rear window will not go down. Both passenger side windows work. When I press the switch for the driver window to go up, I hear a clicking noise that sounds like it is coming from under the dash. does this sound like a relay issue or something else?

Thanks, Chris.

I replaced the power window relay and it did not fix the issue. I also noticed the blinkers are no longer working. I replaced the blinker fuse but did not fix the problem. Any Ideas?

It has been fixed. I removed the power window motor. It was tough to break free from the door after removing the bolts. It worked when hooking it back up to the wiring harness. I reinstalled it back into the door and it worked. My guess the motor gear was binding with the window track considering how difficult it was to remove but easily re-installed.
