sometimes when i start my 02 taurus it just clicks and it takes 2-4 times of this or silence then starts is my starter going bad or just the solenoid . can just the solenoid be replaced because on my truck it cannot be the whole thing needs replacing. or could it be something else? ive cleaned the grounds and everything so im not sure whats up... help....j

 

Have you gotten your alternattor wet?

 

it was the starter i now have it replaced along with a new battery
