SHO 5 speed with a 3.8

SHO 5 speed with a 3.8
Will a 5 speed from a 91 SHO fit a 3.8 in a 90 Taurus. I have access to the whole car to take parts off of. I didn't know if the bellhousing bolt pattern is the same and what flywheel can I use on the 3.8.
