Hi guys,
I have a 2015 Ford Taurus sel with mft screen and My screen is just black, doesn't even turn on,the screen's software version is V3.8, How can i fix that issue?

 

are you out of warranty?
the repair will be either updated software, bad connections in the back of the radio or display screen or radio or screen replacement. the radio works normally?

 

the car still under the warranty, is there a way to fix it by my self ??

the display screen, Radio and reverse camera are not working at all

 

do not touch this or they may void your warranty...if it looks like you fiddled with it.

their is more to the issue. let ford deal with it. they have all the factory specialty equipment and factory training, access to tsb's and factory service information . They know more about their product than any info you will get off an internet forum.
