Just got our 2005 taurus back from some minor body work done. They washed the car and it is 20 degrees out. We started the car today and the emrgency brake light and gas cap light are on. Do you think sensors are frozen?

 

Were the lights on when you picked up the car?

 

No, but we only had to drive 2 blocks and then we parked it in the garage and haven't driven it in 2 days. So I took it out of the garage drove it a little turned it off, when I restarted it lights were off.
