My 2000 taurus wipers won't operate in top speed? every other speed seems fine and I replaced the multifuntion switch already still the same problem? Is my wiper motor the next place to look?

You said you replaced the Multi Switch in the Steering Column?? , and you still can not get the HIGH speed to work.
Your motor may be going... but I would think it would be the Resister Switch to the motor first.

May I ask a question?....How long has this been happing, and did you replace the Multi Switch??
