1994 Ford Tempo
I am having trouble starting the car if it is left for longer than a day without starting. It seems to flood. I have a spark and fuel. If I take all the spark plugs out of the engine and then let it sit for a while, put the spark plugs back in then I can get it to start. Once it starts and warms up if I switch it off it will start without any problem. Only doesn't start when the engine is cold and it has been sitting for a while.
There are no service engine light on but there are codes though I cannot undersatand. Here is a link to the codes recorded on video.
Obviously any help would be appreciated. Especially how to read the codes.
Thanks
Paul

First I need to know what size engine is in the car.
I believe they should be three digit codes.
The way the light is flashing is very unusual.
At times it looks like it doesn't want to go out.
The flashes should be crisp and distinct.
For starters , I would suggest you check the connections at the fuse panel .
Before I would condemn the ECA (computer) , Should verify all connections are good.
