Before we go any further, I believe I misunderstood your question. What I was referring to was a bolt tightening pattern. Now what I think you want is something completely different and this is kinda out of my field of so called expertise. Sorry !

I think he means what is measurements of how far apart is lug nuts for the wheels he's trying to put on Hanky which I think they're 5 on 5 which means that if you stand your wheel up and measure the distance on holes skipping the top one that gives you your bolt pattern on what will fit and what won't

Here are a couple of links to determine measurements.
MRW - How to measure bolt pattern
Measuring Bolt Patterns - How to Measure Your Rim's Bolt Pattern
Typically the terms that are used to discribe wheel patterns in relation to spacing is, for example: 5 on 4 1/4".
The first number denotes the number of studs and lug nuts. This number is most often a "4, 5, 6 or 8".
The second number is the spacing of the studs and lug nuts.
So 5 on 4 1/4" is five lug nuts seperated 5 and a quarter inches apart (4.25"). Sometimes the spacing is given in milimeters, (mm).
I think you'll find your '66 is a 5 on 4 1/2". But, I'm not 100% positive.
