Default 78 Tbird headlight problem

Here it is, replaced switch because lights were cutting off after 10 minutes or so.
Now, they are still doing it. Help!!

Hi Paul,
If everything is original,,,,,, and you replaced the headlight switch , and,,,, it is still opening the breaker in the switch, that is most likely caused by an excessive current draw in the headlight circuit.Might be a good idea to check the wiring from the switch out to the headlights, a wire may be pinched or possibly rubbing through to ground.
You might check the fuse that supplies the headlights for a corroded or poor connection.
