Default 95 T-bird: How do you remove exterior side molding/trim?

'95 Thunderbird:
How do you remove the exterior trim/molding strip from the door? It also continues on the body beyond the door?

These seem to corrode and I want to take them off and re-finish them.

Is there some kind of clip so they can be removed from outside? If so, any advice would be appreciated to avoid damaging the trim.

Or do you have to remove the upholstery, door lining etc inside the car to get to the fasteners?

Thanks, John aka JayKay
