05 freestar no start weak spark

Welcome to the forum! IMO, most likely: bad battery or poor battery connections. Possibly: bad ignition control module. A lot less likely: bad PCM, bad CPS (crankshaft position sensor) ... you need to be more specific about what you did or how this happened - for instance, did you do any repairs on, or additions to the car right before this started, or did you cross a water stream and soaked the engine, or did you keep it parked for the last six months and now it's not starting ... you got the idea.

"Good fuel pressure"...What is the pressure reading?
"Weak yellow spark"...Could be a weak coil pack, excessive gap on the plugs, high resistance in the plug wires or a combination of all. A weak coil spark will not be able to cross the plug gap under compression. If too much gap, same thing. Also plug wire resistance increases with age causing weak spark. If not done, I would replace the plugs, wires and coil pack.
