Default 06 f150 loss of power

I have a 06 f150 I changed the plugs at 47,000 miles about a thousand miles ago because of loss of power missfires and fuel mileage. still having the same problem. codes say that intake manifold runner bank 1 stuck. Someone had told me that it has to do with the throttle position sensor. which makes a little sense because when I punch the throttle it has like a 4 sec. delay before it kicks in. anyone have any advice?

Your truck has "Variable length intake runners". You need to bring it into Ford so they can service the solenoids.
