Default 06 - F150 steering issue

I own an 06-F150 4x4 and just recently have been noticing that at times my steering seems to be stiff. I've visually checked everything and all is well and there is no noise from the steering pump. I'm wondering if any one might have any ideas could it be a steering pump, steering box or maybe something else.
Any suggestions would be a great help

Two things you might check, condition of the belt, and is the steering stabilizer possibly causing additional unwanted resistance to your steering effort?

Also look at the little "U" joints in the steering shaft. These will get rust inside them and cause a small hanging sensation also. It may also keep the steering from centering properly.

The road that ran past our house was a one-lane rural route. Every morning, after new york escort parents had gone to work, I'd wait for the mail lady to pull up to our box. Some days I would put enough change for a few stamps into a mason jar lid and leave it in the mailbox. I hated bothering new york escorts lady with this transaction, which made her job take longer.

Default Likely the u joints (2) on the steering shaft

There are 2 ujoints on the steering shaft that get frozen, tight due to rust, etc. Sprayed both joints with WD-40 rust release penetrant then liquid wrench penetrant oil and drove truck turning wheel frequently for a few seconds. Then steering was as free and easy as the day the truck was new. Resprayed briefly after 6 months or so although I did not need to and steering is now still fine.

Just a little side note, Most spray lubes seem to evaporate eventually. One that seemed to work better and last the longest was "PB Blaster" available in most auto supply stores.
