08 exp turn signal issue

Nothing functions in the off position. Accessory position one click on the ignition wipers work front and back. Position 3 on position everything works. Maybe there was confusion that rear wipers were wrking in off position but they weren't just in the accessory. I pulled individual fuse for rear wiper, turn signal shows same problem.

Pulling the fuse was a good move and should remove the rear wiper system from the problem. Need to do some more searching, will get back to you.

Could not locate exact diagram for your particular vehicle. Without that info working blind.
I suspect it is more than a ground problem, maybe a lighting module problem.
