Default 1999 f-150 oil pan leak

I have a pin hole in the oil pan and need to replace it. My question is....can I swap out the oil pan without pulling the engine? Not sure if there is room to clear the suspention. May just jack up the engine alittle. Thats for the help

if its where u can get to it get a local welder to weld it or braze it one if not u will have to unbolt motor mounts and use a cherry picker{engine hoist} to raise engine enough for oil pan to clear suspension

Thanks David Paul....what about some liquid steel, atleast temporarly? Just had the starter go last week and had to wiggle it out against the oil pan, never expected to cause a leak. Then there was a broken tie rod and front brakes, that Dodge Ram is looking better and better.
