2001 5.4 sohc P.I. heads timing marks

can someone help with timing setup.these are the CAST NUMBERS on head RF-XL3E-8090-C20D, thanks.

If you have a PI, it is a 4.6. Here is the marks. There is no way to adjust the timing externally.
