Default 2001 Expedition 4x4 problems anyone else??

I have a 2001 Ford Expedition and while driving it switches into 4x4 LOW by itself on dry ground under normal driving conditions. I took it into the dealership and was told I was a liar afterthis happened on the highway and while almost going under a semi truck and putting us through the windshield. I took it back after it happened again and they replaced the transfer case pump and then the GEM module. While driving with my wife it happened again and caused us to have a bad accident seriously injuring my wife. I would like to know ifANYONE has had this problem. I appreciate everyone reading this and helping me out. By the way my truck has beensitting since Jan 2006 and I can’t get it fixed while this is in courtand FORD is fighting this.I have owned over 10Mustangs and several FORD trucks and this is how they treat aloyal consumer.

Hey jthawke, my 2002 Expedition 4x4 is having the same problem. Just started and only
does it when you sitting still. I thought I would check out the web 1st and see if there is
a fix for it.
