2002 Explorer Interior Lighting Problem

2002 Explorer Interior Lighting Problem
The interior lights DO NOT illuminate when I open any of the doors or hatch.
The interior lights DO illuminate when I push the switch on the lights themselves.
The dimmer switch does nothing. I do hear the relay "clicking" when I turn the dimmer switch off and on. The interior light fuse is ok.
Any ideas?
