Default 2018 Ford Explorer xlt - LED signal lights

Recently bought a new 2018 explorer XLT. Not happy with the turn signal/blinkers. I bought LED lights to replace the current bulbs. Was able to put the resistor and LEDs on the back with no problem. It is my first time doing this. On the front the blinkers work fine but on the inside it is showing that bulbs are out by blinking quickly on the dash.

Which wires should I hook the resistor to? There are two black wires and a yellow wire going to the light. Should I hook the resistor up to both black wires or to a black and a yellow. Like I said I’m new to this. The LED lights look much better but I can’t kept them in with the annoyance of the quick blinking Sound.

Thanks for any help.
