Default 2019 F250 6.2 Electrical issues

Hey, I have a 2019 F250 crew cab 4wd that is having some electrical issues. Full disclosure I bought it with a salvage title due to flood in hopes of fixing up for myself.
The symptoms are
Parking brake randomly pops up on dash as being on while driving. When this happens it can be for a few seconds or currently several minutes before going away. The horn sounds and the door locks lock and unlock
Hazards lights randomly come on after turning the truck off.
The truck can be hard to start if I don't turn the key to on for a few second before cranking.

The truck other then that runs and drives as it should. I have read a lot around the BCM and ECU modules on the truck and it seems to point in every direction. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Were you able to determine just high the water level was that the vehicle was subject to?

Do you have any idea if it was fresh water or salt water?

I could not determine how high the water line was but there was water in the passenger side floor board. I am pretty sure it is fresh water. There is no rust any where on the truck.

You would not believe what salt water can do to copper wiring.

If you can avoid driving thru ANY salted water, by all means do so.

Driving thru fresh water is not good for it either , lol.
