2023 E Transit Question
Hey there everyone. I have a customer here for a 2023 E Transit that was sold to him in Fleet Status. He bought it from Wisconsin and had it shipped to Florida with 2000 miles already on it. Customer cannot use Ford pass nor conduct any updates on the vehicle due to being in Fleet status. Cant even get the upgrade to be able to charge at Tesla chargers. Anyways we have tried doing updates here and we cannot. We were recently told possibly it could be a TCU that needs to be changed. Has anyone had a similar experience like this, and if so how did you guys fix it if you did. Thank you.
