86 f-250 tranny fluid question

Alright, I keep getting conflicting fluids to use for my automatic 86 f-250 with a 460 in it. What type of tranny and brake fluid do I use? Someone please help.

The correct brake fluid is supposed to be DOT3.
Do you know which trans you have in the vehicle?
