I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta Zetec 2013 plate. It has an aux for me to connect an aux cable to my phone to play music out of the car. When I connect it skips through all of my songs and doesn’t play any apart from the occasional one. It is super annoying. Does anybody know why or what I can do to fix this.

 

Does any other audio issues exist?
Have you tried more then one phone/MP3 player of different brands?
Have you tried different aux cables?

 

i have tried 2 types of aux cables and both do the same. I have only tried to connect my iPhone XS Max as that’s the only phone I use
