Default Bearing torque specs

I have an 06 e350 with 242,000 miles on it. I’ve owned it since 72,k in 2010. I’ve changed the front upper and lower ball joints twice in the past and both times I just used an impact gun to tighten the bearing nut. Recently I changed the bearings. Inner and outer and am looking for a torque spec. Or do I just use the impact as usual

Default bearing torque specs

Ok on the ball joints. It’s the bearing nut spec I’m looking for. When I tighten it on the spindle after the rotor and bearing are installed I place the washer on and need to tighten that (bearing) or is it the spindle nut it’s called

Spindle nut is correct..

Shop description,,
While rotating the disc/hub, tighten the spindle nut to 30 lb-ft., then, lossen the nut 2 turns,
Next, while rotating, tighten the nut to 21 lb-ft
Then lossen 175 degrees.
Final setting,, while rotating, tighten to 18 lb-ft

Or in the real world, while rotating , snug the bearing...
