just had new pads and rotors installed on my taurus. They say pads are semi-metallic. Normal braking has no noise. If I touch the pedal lightly at 5 mph, i hear a metal to metal grinding noise. they say that it is nothing to be concerned about. I don't like the noise. What is the cause? What is the solution? Doesn't happen on my other cars.
